Idyll is a small-batch manufacturer. Total Ultrapod production is currently limited to 2,000 units in this batch, each one built by a tight team working through the stages below. Because we work at this scale, delays can happen — when they do, the estimated dates on this page shift accordingly.
Nothing on the main line can start until the piece before it falls, so a hold-up early on moves the dates after it. The dashed tiles below the line are parallel tracks that run alongside the main line, so they don't hold anything up.
Molds are tracking to their two-week ETA. No delays reported across the line.
Our oral-care tablets are all pressed the same way, so they share a single production path. Three are still on the formulation bench; toothpaste tablets have graduated into pre-production and are heading for sampling. Here's where each one sits, and the path they all follow.
Every product moves left to right through the same seven phases. Research has no fixed length — a formula leaves the bench only when it's ready.
